Το Ρεύμα is an open initiative for public research and dialogue in Western Macedonia. The Το Ρεύμα team is the data controller.

Participation without an account: the optional name you provide, your comment, and your YES/NO responses. We do not ask for an email address, telephone number or photograph to take part.

Anonymous device identifier: a random identifier is stored in a cookie on your device. Only a hashed version is kept on the server, allowing one response per question and limiting automated abuse.

Account (optional): if you create an account, we store your email, full name and any information you add to your profile.

To operate consultations: publishing approved comments, counting participation, moderating content and publishing aggregate results. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Only approved comments, with a name if you chose to provide one, and aggregate participation figures are public. Individual YES/NO responses are not published.

In secure cloud infrastructure with access controls. Only platform administrators can access unpublished information.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
